Right of withdrawal

Consumers have fourteen days from receipt of the product to notify their decision to withdraw, except where a legal exception applies. After notification, the product must be returned within fourteen days.

Before returning anything, email mohameddiabbelatariss@gmail.com with the order number. We will provide the instructions and the return address appropriate to the order.

Condition and return costs

The product must be returned complete and properly protected. Consumers may handle it only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and operation. Any loss in value caused by excessive handling may be deducted within the limits permitted by law.

The direct cost of a withdrawal return is borne by the customer. Mecarya bears it when the product received is defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrect or non-conforming.

Refund

For a valid withdrawal, the amounts due, including the initial standard delivery charge, are refunded no later than fourteen days after notification. Mecarya may withhold the refund until the product is recovered or proof of dispatch is supplied, whichever occurs first. The original payment method is used unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product

Contact us promptly with the order number, a precise description and useful photographs. Statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, remain applicable.
