Terms and conditions of sale

Terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern sales made through mecarya.com under the Mecarya trading name. Contact: mohameddiabbelatariss@gmail.com — 21 Rue de l’Escauderie, 82200 Moissac, France.

Products

Essential characteristics, variants, known dimensions, package contents and available precautions appear on each product page. The customer must select the appropriate variant and check the stated compatibility information. Images illustrate the product; the written product page and selected variant define the order.

Prices

Prices are displayed in euros. Shipping charges and the total amount are shown before final confirmation. A crossed-out price is not presented as a reduction unless it complies with reference-price rules.

Order

The customer can correct products, variants, quantities, contact details and shipping options before confirming an order carrying an obligation to pay. A summary email is then sent. Mecarya may cancel and refund an order if a product is genuinely unavailable, informing the customer without delay.

Payment

Available payment methods are those shown at checkout. The order is confirmed after payment authorisation. Bank card data is processed by payment providers and must not be sent to customer service.

Shipping

Rates, destinations and times are set out in the shipping policy. Mecarya remains responsible to the customer for proper performance when a partner supplier or carrier is involved.

Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Consumers have the right of withdrawal provided by law, generally for fourteen days after receipt. Procedures, legal exceptions, costs and the model notice appear in the refund policy.

Statutory guarantees

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects under the conditions provided by law. These rights are not limited by a commercial warranty or a supplier’s involvement.

Complaints and applicable law

Complaints must be sent to mohameddiabbelatariss@gmail.com with information identifying the order. These terms are governed by French law without depriving EU consumers of more protective mandatory provisions in their country of residence.
