Shipping
Mecarya ships to all twenty-seven European Union countries. The options actually available for the selected address and products are shown before payment.
Rates
- France: free standard shipping; Express shipping at €10.99 when offered at checkout.
- Belgium: free standard shipping.
- Other European Union countries: €6 for orders below €50; free standard shipping from €50.
Delivery times
The delivery date or range provided before the order is confirmed is the applicable estimate. It depends on the product, destination, availability and carrier. When no specific date has been agreed, delivery will take place no later than thirty days after the contract is concluded, in accordance with applicable rules.
Preparation and tracking
An order confirmation is sent after purchase. When tracking is available, the tracking number is emailed after dispatch. An order containing several items may arrive in separate parcels without unannounced additional charges.
Address and delivery issues
The customer must check the address before payment. In the event of delay, loss, damage or stalled tracking, contact mohameddiabbelatariss@gmail.com with the order number. Mecarya remains responsible for proper performance of the order when a partner prepares or transports it.
